Shipment Processing – Stock Items

For items that are in stock as listed on our website, orders will typically be filled and shipped within 2-3 business days.  If we determine that we do not, in fact, have sufficient stock to fulfill the order as intended, we will reach out to you to see how you would like the order modified (eg. Ship separately on back order; remove the item from the order; or replace with a different item).  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

Shipment Processing – Custom Orders

Our lead time on custom orders is variable depending on our current workload and the request.  If you are placing a custom order, we will review anticipated lead times with you prior to order placement.

Local Pick Up

We offer local pick up in Coquitlam, BC as an alternative to shipping.  Pick ups must occur within 7 days of order placement.  Refunds will not be provided if orders are not picked up within 7 days; however, we will continue to hold your items for pick up at your convenience.  When your order is ready for pick up, we will reach out to you to find out when you would like to arrange for a contactless curbside pick up.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in Canadian dollars at checkout.   

Free shipping is available on orders over $100, excluding shipping costs and taxes.

Standard shipping method is Canada Post.
